Yes. I have specific training in C-section recovery, including scar mobilization and the layered healing process. We start gently, always respecting your incision and your body's timeline. You don't need to be 'fully healed' to begin—the right movement actually supports your recovery.

The short answer: once you've had your doctor's clearance, usually around 6-8 weeks. But 'clearance' doesn't mean you jump into high-impact training. We begin with breath work, gentle core connection, and functional movement that supports your daily life as a mother. Your body leads. I follow.

Yes. This is one of my core specialties. I assess your specific separation and design a program that supports healing—never making it worse. Many generic exercises can actually worsen diastasis. You'll learn what to do, what to avoid, and how to rebuild your core safely.

We talk for about 20 minutes. You tell me your birth story (if you want to), what your body feels like right now, what you're struggling with, and what you hope for. I explain how I work, answer your questions, and together we decide if Dial-a-Coach is right for you. No hard sells. No commitments.

No. I bring everything we need. If you have a yoga mat, great. If not, I'll bring one. The goal is zero barriers between you and feeling better.

Yes. Sessions are designed around your baby's rhythm. We pause when you need to feed, soothe, or hold. Your little one is welcome in every session. I've been there. I get it. We make it work.
